Step 2:Submit the following information: - Name(s) - Company Name - Your Home Address (for shipping purposes only No P.O. Box #'s) - Your Email Address - Your Web Site Address - Phone Number (add add'l #'s to Commit Box)
Step 4:Once Order Is Received: - A Proof will be emailed back to you for your approval. - Orders will NOT be placed without approval and payment. - Orders take 7 to 10 Business Days for delivery after approval.
